We want you to love your gift. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns
We accept returns of eligible, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Personalized Items
Personalized, engraved, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your gift arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Self-Care Products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care and self-care products cannot be returned.
