Order Processing

Orders without personalization or engraving are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders with personalization or engraving are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Free U.S. Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders. Orders are typically shipped via USPS or UPS.

 

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Sending a Gift Directly to the Recipient

Yes! We can ship your gift directly to the recipient. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout and include your gift message when placing your order.

Hospital Delivery

We’re happy to ship gifts directly to hospitals. Please provide the recipient’s full name, hospital name, complete hospital address, and room or unit number if available.

We recommend confirming that the recipient will still be at the hospital when the package is expected to arrive.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review the shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
