Orders without personalization or engraving are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders that include personalization or engraving are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Free standard U.S. shipping is available on eligible orders of $15 or more.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Personalized, engraved, and custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or an error was made by The 3Dream Bunny.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care, beauty, or self-care products may not be eligible for return.
